CHOW TAL FOOK丨CASE
In 2023, China’s largest local jewelry brand Chow Tai Fook’s marketing team contacted Aquaflow, hoping we could help with a small UGC (User-Generated Content) campaign to promote their newly launched “D-ONE 星迹秘码” custom jewelry service, which is primarily targeted at mothers. Therefore, a campaign with the hashtag #爱在心口 was launched. Considering the current social media environment and target audience in China, we, together with the client, decided to release content on the RED platform.
The result exceeded client’s expectation, not only consumers but also nation-wide store SA participants, making #爱在心口 reached more than 100+ UGC post in 5 days. Accompanying with paid media embedded in the post,we also recruited more than 50+ prospect consumers for new product D-one 星迹密码.
The success of this project has proven the feasibility of UGC on RED. As a result, over the subsequent year, we have also continued to customize similar service projects for other clients, all of which have achieved good results.
